IE 5.2.2 quitting at startup

After a hard crash yesterday, IE 5.2.2 (using OS X 10.2.5) refuses to launch. It quits unexpectedly before the window is drawn. I removed the prefs file and that did not solve the problem. I also reinstalled IE, and that did not solve it either. Is there other some file it's accessing that may be corrupt? I'm using Safari for just about everything now, but need IE for UPS Internet Shipping, so please help!

are you tried to clean up your library, maybe there its something corrupted on there, check for IE files
