firefox reads my macbook pro as an ipad!

Hi everyone,

Since sending files to an ipad by bluetooth many firefox web pages are displayed in ipad format ie frustratingly slim! This is the case with web pages I have visited a thousand times and have been full screen.

I have a Macbook Pro 17" 2.66Ghz intel Core i7 with 8 GB memory & OSX10.6.4

Any help gratefully recieved
