.mov to .flv converter for mac

I need to convert some .mov files that I am video editing in Final Cut Express. I have to convert these files to Flash files (.flv) for the use of putting them online. Does anyone know of software that isn't too bad of a price so that I can convert these files? Thanks for taking the time to read over this. Any links to sites and to downloads would be awesome.

You could always send to youtube and then download the result. Follow the download link at the top of the You Tube page to get the video, and rename the downloaded file with a .flv extension.

That's the best I can do for free.

I just convert files to mpeg2 or a QT movie out of finalcut pro or quicktime when there uploaded to google or yahoo, youtube they get converted there to flash anyway

There is a free .flv to mp4 convertor called isquint(www.isquint.org) for the mac, I have used it several times, and works great. It is for importing video to the ipod. It however has a cousin, called videohub which converts all video types to quicktime, flv, and windows media included. I downloaded a trial version but haven't tried it yet. That is my suggestion.

Thanks this is the ticket I already have a fast coder by Lacie witch work
great for DVD stuff but its sure nice to be able to convert stuff to wmv for
the pc people by the way what format do you think is the best for uploading
to the web ??
