Lion and Safari

I am running Lion 10.7.3. and while using Safari using simple web site commands like next or continue or submit Lion gives me a box saying Reload page..open in dashboard..view source etc. It make navigating some sites very difficult. Am I missing something?

Sounds like something is corrupted, try running disk utility and repair permissions, or download Onyx and do the same.
