Outlook File Retrieval Help

Hey all,

Earlier today, my mum opened a document from Outlook, saved it, then left, expecting it to be in Documents. When she got back, it wasn't there, so she asked me to have a look at it. I found where it was located by opening the document from Outlook, then pressing Command + S, so I could see the path it was saving to. I found it was saving to Library > Caches > TemporaryItems > Outlook Temp, but when I go to Caches, there is no folder by the name of TemporaryItems, only com.apple.appstore and com.apple.itunesstored. My question is, where can I find the document, my mum worked on it for over an hour and doesn't want her work to be lost.
