iTunes erases mp3 tag info
I did a search and couldn't find this addressed anywhere so maybe its just me who has this problem.
When importing mp3s into iTunes some files come in with no name - just "AudioTrack1" and the artist column has "No artist". Is this something to do with a setting in iTUNES, or is there something I need to do to the files?
To import the tracks i am simply right-clicking and "open with" iTunes.
Two questions.
1. Do I need to do something before importing?
2. Now the songs are in my library, can I restore the mp3 names en masse?
