deleting online with MBP keyboard

Help please!

I am going mad. I try to edit something on an online text form and when I press the back arrow key on my MBP which does the trick in usual documents, it simply takes me back to the previous webpage I visited.

I cannot work out how to delete text on online forms.

By back arrow do you mean the delete key or the arrow key. The delete key should work.

Hi

I have now found that it is an ebay thing. It only does this on their selling software. It doesn't do it on any other site. It obviously hasn't anything to do with Apple so I will just have to get used to it when filling out a selling form
