Rotoscope animation in iMovie?
I was wondering if there is any way to make normal video into a cartoon like quality(if that makes sense) in iMovie. I think the technique is called rotoscope animation, but im kinda a noob at this stuff so idk. I know there are 3rd party programs that simulate this, but I was wondering if there is anything I can do in iMovie.
