Uploading to public folder on mobile.me

I have set up my public folder on mobile.me with a username and password so I can have people upload photographs to my Web space there. I am able to upload/download with no problem. Others can log in using the username and password I provided and they can download files but they are not able to upload files. They get an error message that says, "Unable to upload this file at this time. Try again later," and when they try again later they get the same error message.

I can't find a help file for my mobile.me account.

Is there some kind of permission I need to set to let others upload files to the public folder on my mobile.me space?

Most of the stuff I have seen is about downloading files. I did have someone uplaod several years ago (when it was .mac) and that was slow and totureous.

Have you tried using My Gallery? instead of the public folders? I used that to collect various family photos without problems.
