Aiport Utility can't find AE

Clicking on "Rescan" button doesn't find AE, but I can use "Configure Other" option and connect to AE using AE's IP address. This problem causes iTune not to see AE.

Is there anyway to manually configure iTune to see AE using IP? Or, does anybody have an idea what the problem is?
