Two internet connections simultaneuosly?

I`m wondering about the possiblity of keeping my dialup info loaded and adding whatever is needed to go online with a separate DSL connection at another location. Since DSL isn`t available where I live, but my brother has it only a few minutes away it might be worth dragging our computer to his house from time to time in order to send in batches of pics to Photobucket or do any major downloading. Would that be legal? Would it be feasible? Or is it possible to load files onto a CD, then use his Dell and connection to take care of our stuff?

I don't see anything illegal about doing this as long as your brother doesn't mind. Burning files to a CD would also work.

Storing information for both DSL and dialup is definitely possible in OS X, and if I recall correctly, OS 9 as well. Post back if you would like further instruction.

Thanks, Chris. Know what? As soon as I submitted the post, I was a little ticked at myself for bugging everyone before I even tried it. As far as I know, it isn`t even a problem- no sense calling for help when no help is needed. I`m going to try just moving CDs before I mess with unhooking the whole computer.
